Our Sales Team has been highly active in the first few months of this year. We have had numerous meetings with customers and have taken part in several events.
In March, we attended the Malmö Beer & Whiskey Festival, where we had the opportunity to connect with our Swedish customers. We also visited our distributor Brouwland in Belgium and took a part in the Beer Experience Festival in Heusden-Zolder with them.
During our visit to Brouwland, we were impressed by the wide range of products they offer, which included raw materials, equipment, and accessories. Brouwland is a one-stop shop for all brewing needs, and we were delighted to see that Viking Malt was part of their selection. The store showcased Viking Malt’s excellent quality, and speaking with employees confirmed that customers are pleased with their malts. For anyone interested in brewing, visiting Brouwland in Belgium is a must.
We also attended The Beer Experience festival with our partner, where Brouwland had a booth. It was an excellent opportunity to meet small and medium-sized breweries from Belgium and neighboring countries, discuss recipes, brewing techniques, and market trends, and establish new contacts. Additionally, we got to sample a wide variety of beers, from classic Belgian ales and lambics to modern IPAs and sour ales.
Our business places great value on building strong relationships with our partners and customers. Through regular meetings and engagement, we gain invaluable insight into their needs, expectations, and preferences. This helps us continually improve and enhance the overall customer experience. We cherish these relationships and look forward to maintaining them for many more years to come.
